What does the tracker "on" or "off" mean?
The status of the tracker is “on” means that the tracker regularly sends its location, or an empty ping packet with an interval of at least 5 minutes.
The status of the tracker is “off” means that the tracker has not made itself felt for more than 10 minutes.
The state on or off is not directly related to the real state of the tracker.
For example, the device may have problems with the Internet connection and for this reason the tracker does not send data to the monitoring platform. But for platform it will be in “off” state
